5. Check and modify the faults of the extruder, such as the poor oil pump, oil valve, temperature controller and so on, will cause the change of processing conditions, even if the perfect mold can not play a good work efficiency in the poorly maintained machine.

After testing all the recorded values, keep a set of samples so that you can check and compare the corrected samples for improvement.

Aluminum extrusion mold repair is a very important link, but the first thing to consider is the strength of the mold repair, to ensure the strength of aluminum extrusion mold on the basis of mold repair. Less than the last degree is generally not used to burn welding, because burning welding has a significant impact on the life of the die. Especially the welding of working belt, easy to shorten the life. For the quick and slow repair of profiles, generally use the slow place repair and do not use the fast place slow. 3. In the process of mold cooking, special attention should be paid to the link of taking punching material, especially in some screw holes or more fragile places, otherwise, it is easy to destroy the mold.

 

4. The handling process of aluminum extrusion die should be carried out carefully to avoid bumping into the work belt and other places. Before the mold is put into the warehouse, be sure to clean it and check the mold carefully and deeply to see if there are any small cracks and damage.

 

5. The process data of the finished mold must be effectively managed, such as the mold repair scheme, processing details, extrusion process, etc. Because these can become the subsequent supplementary mold or similar mold copy object, this can effectively improve the mold on the machine pass rate.

 

In short, the improvement of extrusion die life depends on the perfect link of design, manufacturing, use and subsequent maintenance processes. Relying on a single link can not effectively achieve the purpose, through the effective integration of all links, I believe that the life of the mold can be improved accordingly.
